There are a variety of transportation options available to Seniors in Prospect.

Prospect Mini Bus

The Prospect Mini Bus is available to pick up and drop off residents of Prospect and bring them to doctors appointments, hair appointments, shopping on certain days and other appointments that may arise. Please contact the Senior Center for scheduling information and other inquiries on daily scheduled pick ups and stops.

Greater Waterbury Transit District

Free Dial-A-Ride Transportation is also available to Seniors in Prospect. This program allows diabled residents and senior citizens age 60 and over the opportunity to go shopping, make medical appointments and visit other locations within the region's coverage area in Cheshire, Middlebury, Naugatuck, Prospect, Thomaston, Waterbury, Watertown and Wolcott.
